Generate a QR Code
Go to Generate QR → Single QR. Click Auto-generate, set status, then Save to Database. Download PNG for the print shop. Do not apply the sticker until assigned.
Assign to a Vehicle
Go to Scan Barcode. Use the camera or paste the URL manually. Enter the vehicle plate number and click Assign Vehicle. Status changes to ACTIVE.
Activate / Deactivate
Go to QR Codes. Find the code, click Deactivate to stop redirects or Activate to re-enable. The button always shows the opposite of current state.
Reprint a Damaged Sticker
Go to Reprint QR. Enter the vehicle plate, click Search, then select the ACTIVE code and click Reprint. PNG downloads immediately — no new record created.
Permission required
The Bulk Generation tab requires the menu_bulk permission. If greyed out, ask an Administrator.
Go to Generate QR → Bulk Generation. Set quantity (max 1,000), review the Batch Code, click Generate Batch. Download ZIP for print-ready PNGs or CSV for data export.
